HALOGEN

A halogen light is a type of incandescent lamp that uses halogen gas to increase light output and improve energy efficiency compared to traditional incandescent bulbs.

Halogen bulbs contain tungsten but do not have hazardous materials like mercury (found in CFLs). However, their energy consumption is higher than LEDs, making them less eco-friendly overall.

Halogen lights offer a bright, white light with good color rendering, are dimmable, and have a longer life than traditional incandescent bulbs. However, they produce a lot of heat, are less energy-efficient compared to modern alternatives like LEDs, and have a relatively shorter lifespan.

FLUROSCENT

Fluorescent lights are a type of lighting technology that uses fluorescence to produce visible light. They are widely used in commercial, industrial, and residential settings due to their energy efficiency and long lifespan.

Fluorescent lights contain mercury, a toxic substance that requires proper recycling and disposal to prevent harm to the environment. This is one of the major environmental concerns associated with fluorescent lighting. Special facilities are required to recycle fluorescent bulbs properly due to the mercury content.

fluorescent lights are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and suitable for large-scale commercial or industrial use. While they offer significant energy savings over incandescent bulbs, they contain mercury, require proper disposal, and are gradually being replaced by LED technology due to the latter's superior performance and environmental friendliness.

LED

LED lights (Light Emitting Diodes) are a highly energy-efficient and long-lasting lighting technology that has largely replaced traditional incandescent, halogen, and even fluorescent lighting in many applications. LEDs are known for their low energy consumption, long lifespan, and environmental benefits.

LEDs are considered "solid-state lighting" because they don't use heat to create light, making them more efficient and durable compared to incandescent or fluorescent options. Unlike traditional bulbs, LEDs produce light without relying on a filament or gas.

LED lights are the most energy-efficient, durable, and versatile lighting option available today. They offer significant energy savings, long life, and a wide range of applications from residential to commercial use, making them a preferred choice in both home and industrial settings. Their low environmental impact and smart features add to their appeal for modern lighting needs.
